How to personalize your job board?

Your job board might be the first thing related to your company the candidates see. If they don’t know your company, it might be a decisive moment for them whether to continue browsing the job openings in your company or leave your job board immediately. That’s why we’ve decided to make it easier for you to personalize your corporate job board. In few simple steps you can change your logo, change corporate colours and font of your website. The final effect will surprise you, it will definitely help to keep the candidates on your website and learn more about your company.

To personalize your corporate job board, you have to access your dashboard at www.chosen-name.osclass.com and go to Appearance. On the left side of your screen you will see different options to choose:

  • Change logo

Logo is a symbol of your company. Nowadays, it is crucial to have one for branding purposes in order to create an identity of the company. Although providing your company’s logo is not necessary, a company without it might raise questions about your business and/or identity of your company. Think about it before starting to publishing your job offers – it’s just a second!

  • Change colours

Changing colours of your job board might give it more corporate identity. Once you upload your logo, why not to change also this section? It will be ready in few seconds, just press “save changes”.

  • Change font (main and secondary)

This is an additional option we give you – although for now, there are only few fonts available, you might want to differentiate the main text from secondary.

On the right side of the screen, you will be able to preview all the changes made to your job board before saving them. At all times you are able to “Restore default” to get all the settings for Appearance back.
